The Chef Vince Garcia Culinary Group (CVGCG) traces its roots back to 2013 when it was founded by the esteemed Kapampangan Celebrity Chef, Leonard Vincent “Chef Vince” Garcia. Initially starting as a humble venture, CVGCG has evolved into a managing company overseeing various entities within its fold.
Specializing in the comprehensive management of its affiliated organizations, CVGCG effectively operates and supervises a diverse array of restaurants. These include Rainforest Kitchen by Chef Vince Garcia, Chef Baboy Unlimited Premium Korean BBQ (Greenfields, Clark, Infinity, Lazatin Blvd), VG Bakery Plus Bistro, La-Cocina De Consuelo, and Chef Vince Garcia Catering Services.
CVGCG’s operational scope extends to encompassing several crucial facets such as Marketing Management, Sales Management, Human Resources, Administrative Management, and Accounting Management for the aforementioned group of restaurants. This holistic approach ensures the efficient and cohesive functioning of the entire culinary enterprise under its umbrella.

CHEF VINCE GARCIA
Chef Vince Garcia is a distinguished culinary entrepreneur he studied Boulangerie and Patisserie under Master Baker Chef Dan Basilio at the Lyceum of the Philippines University.
In addition, he practised his expertise in Asian Cuisine at the International Culinary School of Hotel Management in Quezon City. And life style class at heny sison culinary school.
And an active member of several esteemed organizations, including the Young Entrepreneurs of Pampanga (YEP) and the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA). He currently serves as a Board Director at the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (PamCham).
Throughout his career, Chef Vince has earned numerous accolades recognizing his entrepreneurial excellence and contributions to the culinary industry. He was nominated for the Injap Sia Award in 2017 and named a YEP awardee by the Young Entrepreneurs of Pampanga in 2018-2019 , In 2022, he was honored as a Business Icon by Punto! Central Luzon, and in 2023, received the Start-Up of the Year Award from YEP for his innovative brand, Chef Baboy. In 2024, he was nominated for the PCCI Inspiring Young Entrepreneurs of the Year Award (ISOYEA). Most recently, in 2025, he was recognized in the field of Business at The Outstanding Fernandino Awards (TOFA).
Chef Vince’s dedication to culinary excellence has brought him to both national and international stages. In 2019, he was part of the official catering team for the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games. In 2025, he proudly represented Filipino cuisine at the Kalayaan Ball in Milan, Italy, where he showcased traditional Kapampangan dishes to an international audience.
His work has been featured in numerous local and international publications and media platforms, lifestyle magazines such as Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Magazine, Lifestyle Magazine, My Home Magazine, Wedding Essentials Magazine, Breakfast Magazine, Cook Magazine and Clark Magazine, World Food Magazine.cebu facific magazine.
